The Emerald is a self-service hotel offering fully automated check-in. So, no need to wait at a front desk! Our check in process is 100% contact free. Upon booking your reservation through our website or another online travel site, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code. Check-in is permitted anytime after 4:00 pm. Although we don’t have a front desk, our friendly staff is available by phone call, text or email should you have any questions at all.
